Using an Appreciative Inquiry Process, in 2022 the CLS worked with an external facilitator to engage nearly 100 stakeholders in conversations about the organization over the next five years. In a series of interviews and focus groups, people were asked to share:
• Strengths of the organization – what does CLS do well?
• Opportunities – what opportunities exist for growth, change and improvement?
• Aspirations – what are the greatest hopes and dreams for the individuals CLS supports, and their families/networks?
• Results – how do we measure progress on our opportunities and aspirations?
We are pleased to indtroduce the new Strategic Plan that will guide our focus. We are in the process of developing a video that will discuss our focus. This will be ready for viewing in August, 2023.
